This is a unique collection of multicultural food – which we found in Singapore – to all those, who appreciate the indulgence of delicious food.
Please forgive us spelling errors in this book, since we managed to finish this book in record time for our SFA feast day in 2011. It is truly an ‘original’ with all its mistakes and imperfections, same as we all are real ‘originals’.
Our idea was to spread good food for our feast day and also to share these excellent and really tasty dishes with our friends as well as with strangers all over the world. We hope you appreciate this idea to collect our favourite dishes and to share it with interested chefs.
